Allow users to transfer debts between groups
If the same users are in two groups, it would be handy if there were a button to transfer a debt to a different group. This way temporary groups could be dissolved much easier and you could avoid having to "pay back" in one group and register a new debt in the other.

Let me change the date of a transaction after creating it
If I edit an existing transaction, I can change the amount, the description, the people involved, and the tags, but not the date. I often forget to set the correct date initially and there's no way to fix it after the fact.

Allow cancelled transactions to be un-cancelled
Being able to cancel transactions is a great feature, but the button turns out to be a little scarier than that... There's no confirmation on the initial Cancel action, and apparently, no way to un-Cancel a transaction?

BillMonk import
BillMonk is jumping the shark, but they export to XML. Add an import feature and I'm switched.
Or, publish an API and I'll do the import for you.
7 votesAlpha-level implementation for BillMonk import/export exists. Released implementation may need API to be done first.

add simple column sorting on the transaction list, before doing full search and filtering
there is no management available on the transaction list and finding specific transactions is painful. last 10 or all is a terrible compromise. Implementing simple grid sorting (on all tx - or allow users to set defaults) and follow this by more comprehensive filtering and search functionality

allow users to see balance just between two members of a pool.
Allow users to see the balance between each other, so if I can see the status of debts between individuals as well as see the total debt of the pool.

Allow leaving a pool if you have positive balance there
If a user has a positive balance in a pool he/she can leave the pool. This would mean that the user does not wan't the debt owed to him/she to be paid back.

Direct debits from user profile page
It would be nice to have possibility make direct debits from known user profile page. At the moment it is possible only to see transactions between users.

Add commenting / chat to groups
It would be great to have a way to leave comments in groups for other members.
For example this could be used to tell other members that "I've entered all my shared expenses - let's settle the balances!"

Let me view *all* transactions that involve me
I can do this by manipulating the query string, but not via the UI. If I set the query string on the transactions page to "filter=samhathaway&view=all&direction=descending" then I get to see all the transactions I am a party to. But there's no way that I can find to do this with the buttons in the UI. After clicking "Show transactions which involve me", I see the most recent 10 that involve me. If I then click "Show all", it shows me all transactions, whether or not they involve me. Would be nice not to have to monkey with the query…

Add Macau Pataca as currency
Add Macau Pataca as currency
1 voteThanks for the suggestion.
We are unfortunately not currently actively adding new currencies to Scred as we are limited by the exchange rate data provider we use.

Secret transactions
I would like the option to keep the text of a transaction secret for those in the group that are not involved. That way you could collect money for a birthday present without having to write it out in plain text.

Allow user to find out his total expenses
There is no way to do analysis on the transactions., Thats an important feature. For eg. on a trip id like toknow how much was spent on Fuel. This could be found from the tags.
Then how much i spent in total - how much I a´have to get back so basically my expenses.1 vote
